To trap pests, place the sticky traps near where insects have been seen. Flying insects will be attracted to the yellow color of the traps and become stuck in the glue. Use one trap for four plants, or for heavy infestations, place one trap at the base and one trap at the crown of each plant. Place traps early in the season to prevent infestations from establishing. Gridlines on the traps help you estimate the number of insects in the infestation. These non-toxic sticky traps contain no pesticides and are safe to use around children, pets, and food. Long-term use of the traps will reduce troubling infestations over time. Replace the traps after three months or sooner if full.
