This simple chime module plugs into an outlet in your home and chimes when your Ring Doorbell (sold separately) is activated, either manually or by motion detection. Like the Ring Doorbell, the Ring Chime connects to your Wi-Fi network and can be paired with the Doorbell unit through the Ring mobile app. Because the two components communicate over the Internet, you can place the Chime as far away from the Doorbell as you want.
